The Junior League of Lancaster welcomes women who are passionate about leadership, volunteerism, and making a meaningful impact in the Lancaster community. Eligibility

The Junior League of Lancaster welcomes women age 21+ who value volunteerism, leadership development, and community impact. We are committed to fostering an inclusive and welcoming environment where women can learn, lead, and serve together.

Membership Expectations

Members of the Junior League of Lancaster are expected to:

• Attend monthly General Membership Meetings from September through June

• Participate in a committee placement and volunteer projects

• Pay annual dues

• Uphold the League’s Code of Conduct and Member Compact Agreement
