Our members come together to build leadership skills, serve the Lancaster community, and create lasting change—while forming strong connections with other driven women.

Membership Orientation

We are currently recruiting women age 21 and older to join our Spring 2025 Provisional (New Member) Class. Orientation is a two-part experience designed to introduce you to the Junior League of Lancaster and prepare you for your provisional member journey.

Orientation Schedule

February 22 | 11:00 AM–1:00 PM (in person, lunch provided)
March 4 | 7:00–8:00 PM (virtual)

Both sessions are required and will cover our mission, community impact focus area, member expectations, and the tools you’ll use throughout the year.

If you’re interested in joining but are unable to attend one of these sessions, please email Membership Development to see if an alternate option may be available.

Application Fee & Dues

A $50 non-refundable application fee is due prior to orientation to secure your spot in the class. The remaining balance of your dues is due at the in-person orientation. Payment plans for the remaining balance are available.
