We are the Junior League of Lancaster, PA.

Above all else, our goal is to promote and perpetuate social change in the Lancaster communities that will benefit most from it. By empowering women and providing valuable leadership training, we are giving local women the tools to get involved, put their talents to work, and positively impact the communities of Lancaster, Pennsylvania.

As one of hundreds of Junior League chapters across the world, we are a member of the Association of Junior Leagues International, Inc. (AJLI). stablished in 1923, the Junior League of Lancaster, PA plays an integral part in the development, improvement, and support of the communities of Lancaster, Pennsylvania.

Our Local Impact

Right now, our primary focus of Food & Nutrition Accessibility requires immediate action, and our multi-faceted approach is making an impact. In 2020-2021, we plan to ensure equitable access to nutritious food by working closely with community partners, providing educational resources, and advocating for food availability and security in under-served areas. Our strategic mission within this realm is to positively impact the health and wellness of community members. The Junior League of Lancaster has been proactively executing a multi-tiered initiative to break the cycle of inequitable food access in our community. Through the nature of our work, we aim to focus on nutrition education, food security, and availability in an equitable and accessible way.
